While new regulations introduced by the current Government under the Companies Act 2006 means that large- and medium-sized companies will need to publish a Strategic Report that sets out the company’s strategy and business model and the risks and challenges they face in the coming year.

Companies will need to outline in this Strategic Report their environmental, social and human rights issues, including key performance indicators.
