An environmental event that will feature a full day of seminars on waste is to take place at Leeds United on 1 May.

eco-fair 2012 has themes including waste, energy, greener buildings and strategy and is backed by the Environment Agency, CO2 Sense and West Yorkshire Travelplan Network.

The waste specific seminars include topics on recycling, legislation, new technologies, best practice case studies and cradle to cradle ‘circular economy’ thinking.

Speakers include Phil Conran from 360 Environmental, Stef Kranendijk from Desso, Mark Baker from ReFood UK and Nigel Sagar from Skanska.
