Date: Tue, 7 Feb 2017 | Author: Paul Sanderson
Last week’s Intelligence report showed that prices are moving upwards for some plastics and paper grades.
In the plastics market for recyclable material, PET and HDPE bottles were up by £10 per tonne, while LDPE 98/2 film saw a £15 per tonne increase.
Recent gains seen in the paper sector slowed a little with OCC and mixed up by just a pound, while news & pams suffered from falling demand and lost £3 per tonne.
Metal prices were unchanged.
