Non-ferrous metals rise, ONP and LDPE 98/2 fall

Plastics such as PET bottles and HDPE Natural 95/5 baled remained stable, while LDPE 98/2 fell by £40 per tonne, according to last week’s Intelligence report. 

Paper saw a decrease in price as ONP fell by £14, while OCC increased by £4.

Mixed paper remained unchanged. 

In ferrous metals, there was a £10 per tonne increase across all grades. 

Non-ferrous metals rose as copper was up by £500 and brass by £250 per tonne. 

Aluminium saw no change in price.
