Summer tends to see relatively quiet markets, and in terms of prices, this week was no exception.

OCC increased in price by just £2 per tonne as lower shipping rates helped a bit more interest in the market.

However, news & pam dropped back by £3 per tonne following recent price rises, while mixed paper lost £2 per tonne.

In metals, copper increased by £100 per tonne, while ferrous metals added another £10. Otherwise, metals prices were unchanged.

Plastics grades also saw no change.
