Paper prices continue to soar, metals ease, plastics stable

The recovered paper sector continues to be the main mover in the recycling markets.

OCC and mixed paper was up last week by £6 per tonne, while news & pam increased by £4 per tonne.

In the plastics sector, there was little change.

However, metals dropped with £75 per tonne coming off copper and brass, but aluminium remained the same.
