Price falls seen for almost all key grades of recycled materials

Last week saw a number of price falls for most key recyclable materials.

In the paper market, OCC lost another £4 per tonne, while news & pam and mixed paper both lost £2 per tonne.

While in the plastics sector, £5 came off PET bottles and HDPE bottles, but £10 per tonne fell off the price of LDPE film.

Copper grades were down £75 per tonne last week, while brass lost £50. However, aluminium grades bucked the trend and were up by £25 per tonne.
