After recent huge price falls seen particularly for paper grades, last week saw some stability enter the market.

It isn’t clear as yet whether this was a pause or a floor had been reached, but OCC and mixed paper were both unchanged after the £45 to £50 price drop seen a week earlier.

Plastics prices were also unchanged.

In metals, copper was the only material that saw a price difference with £100 per tonne coming off the price.
