But ACN has also announced the appointments of Tania Don and Steven Keir in new roles as senior marketing manager (paper) and plastic buyer respectively.

Tania and Steven will help focus on continued growth and development in the UK. They will also be key to improve the support and service the company can provide their suppliers.

Tania has joined ACN from Palm Recycling, where she worked for six years as commercial manager. Tania has extensive commercial  experience in the industry and will lead the marketing team for the Manchester-based company.

ACN executive managing director Wade Schuetzeberg (pictured) said: “We are thrilled to welcome her to the ACN family and confident that she has the knowledge and experience to deliver great results for our stakeholders”.

Formerly of ACN’s Quality Control team, Steven Keir is a home grown talent who has moved into a commercial role to work with newly promoted  plastics marketing  manager, Henry Mott.

ACN also announced the appointment of Linda Pearce as senior operations manager.

With a career that boasts large-scale international management, efficiency improvement, organisational streamlining and a heavy emphasis on customer satisfaction, Linda will take up the mantle of senior operations manager in the UK office to develop operational strategy, improve business plans and work cross-organisationally to get the best possible results from our operations team.

Wade added: “The arrival of Tania, Steven and Linda also coincides with additional operational enhancements meaning  we can look forward to a successful 2017. Investing in our people, systems and processes reflect our growth ambitions for the years ahead, while also ensuring we cement the successes of our milestone 11 years of operation.”
