US consultancy Mosaic Sustainability has been acquired by UK-based Anthesis Group.
It is the firm’s eighth purchase since being formed in September 2013, and follows on from buying circular economy specialists LRS Consultancy in February 2015.
Mosaic Sustainability works globally to advance sustainable business initiatives, understand and reduce environmental impact and improve environmental and social performance.
Anthesis Group chief executive Stuart McLachlan (pictured) said: “Having established a global platform we are focused on strengthening our position in key markets.
