Devon-based Bale Group has selected the enwis) integrated software solution from Prodware to run its business.
The company decided it needed to replace numerous bespoke systems, spreadsheets and accounting software with one integrated solution and has chosen enwis) from Prodware’s Adjust Waste and Recycling solution suite.
Commercial director Hazel Bale said: “We were spending a lot of time checking and re-checking data between various systems and producing too much paperwork. We realised that by having one integrated system, which required us to only enter transaction data once, there would be less time wasted on duplicated work and more time using key business reports, to keep our fast growing business running smoothly.”
It has also decided to purchase Zetadocs, which is an automated system for managing the production, delivery and archiving of documents.
The company has also selected Jet reports, which is an integrated reporting solution, giving users a simple way to create high-impact reports.
Hazel Bale added: “We can see that the Prodware Adjust solution will make us a more flexible, robust and accurate company as well as giving us the ability to quickly assess our business using key performance indicators.
“We are keen to add value to our service and have already spoken to a number of our key customers who are delighted with our plans moving forward.”
