A large increase in the price of LDPE was seen last week as the increased value of the PRN provided support for the material.

As a result, the value of LDPE 98/2 increased by £35 per tonne, according to the weekly Intelligence recycled pricing and analysis report.

HDPE milk bottles continued to fall with another £10 coming off the material.

In paper grades, OCC went up by £1, while mixed saw a lot of focus that led to a £2 increase on the previous week.

However, multigrade and SOW both saw prices decline.

A small increase was seen for copper grades, but otherwise most metals remained stable on the week before.
