Compliance company Ecosurety and software specialist Dsposal have joined the Resource Associaton as Affiliate Members.
Resource Association chief executive Ray Georgeson has said how delighted the organisation is to have both companies join.
He said: “We share with Ecosurety a common desire to see greater transparency in the waste and recycling sectors and we know they will bring their significant commercial acumen, drive and expertise to bear in our discussions as we move into an important new phase for development of resources and waste policy in the UK.
“We are also pleased to welcome Dsposal as a start-up software business with strong interests in environmental compliance and the waste and resources sector. It’s a testament to our growing reach as a network with diverse supply chain interests that they have decided to show their support and get involved.”
Ecosurety commercial manager Robbie Staniforth has said that the company wants to use its unique point of understanding producer and recycler positions to “suggest workable and sustainable improvements that will increase the UK’s overall recycling rates.”
