Recycling and waste management firm Wastebeater has taken over the trade and assets of Greenstar Northern Ireland (NI).
Irish company Greenstar was recently placed into administration, but administrators Deloitte have managed to find a buyer for the Northern Irish operation.

Wastebeater managing director Kieran Byrne said: “This acquisition is an exciting development for our company and good news for Greenstar NI employees and customers, who had been facing an uncertain future.
“We are looking forward to introducing our new customers to our award-winning waste management and recycling solutions.”
