In a five point programme put forward by China, the countries agreed on bilateral ties that included deepening mutually beneficial collaboration in the economy, developing high technology, improving green policy and low carbon emissions and recycling. It was agreed that high level contact would be maintained between the countries to see how they can improve collaboration in these areas.
