Dutch LDPE recycler Repeats Group has invested in Spanish firm Anviplas.
Repeats Group is a portfolio company of global private equity firm Ara Partners, and specialises in producing high-quality LDPE.
Anviplas is an LDPE recycler based in Catalunya in Spain.
Under Repeats’ leadership, the company plans to double its production capacity to meet growing LDPE demand in Europe.
Anviplas has been supplying high-quality resin for commercial and industrial processes from mechanical recycling for over 30 years.
Repeats Group chief executive Greg Rung said: “Anviplas has an outstanding reputation in the industry as a leading LDPE recycler in Spain.
“We are thrilled to have the Anviplas team as part of the Repeats platform and look forward to building upon their success to date. We see significant opportunity for Anviplas to continue to penetrate the Spanish recycled LDPE market while expanding their footprint to service feedstock supplies from Souther France.”
