Co-founder Patrick Cutts said: “SAICA are a very progressive family-owned business into which Cutts will fit perfectly.”

Alex Cutts will continue as operations director of the business. The acquisition will help SAICA generate tonnage for its paper mill, which is currently being built in Manchester.
