ZenRobotics gets €13 million investment for robotic recycling sorting system

Robotic recycling sorting company ZenRobotics has announced that it is raising €13 million investment from equity investor Invus.

Finnish technology investment firm Lifeline Ventures has also taken a minority stake.

This will allow the company to grow and commercialise its ZenRobotics Recycler product on a global scale.

ZenRobotics chief executive Juho Malmberg said: “We can now go global fast. The robotic revolution in recycling is closer than ever.”

Invus director Wassim Sacre added: “”Invus has now worked with ZenRobotics for a year and we’re excited. The team is exceptionally capable and ready to go global. The revolutionary ZenRobotics Recycler sorting system has improved in leaps, and attracts customers globally. We’re now investing in high-powered growth.”
