DS Smith’s head of recycling Jim Malone (pictured) is to leave the business and will be replaced by Jochen Behr.
Jim Malone has been with DS Smith for 18 years and is leaving to pursue other career interests.

Jochen Behr will report to DS Smith Paper and Recycling chief executive Colin McIntyre.
He has experience in general management, finance, sales and running multi-national divisions.
Most recently he worked with CHEP Europe, a logistics solutions company as Country General Manager – Central and Eastern Europe.
