The key news again last week in Intelligence was the price of LDPE 98/2 jumping up again by £40 per tonne.

Stronger international demand and a high value plastic PRN have helped to give support to the material.

Otherwise, most plastic grades remained stable.

A pound came off OCC last week and £2 off mixed paper as Chinese demand eased.

Copper grades lost £75 per tonne, but aluminium gained £25.
