The campaign is being run by the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills.

Jonathan Short said: “I am delighted to champion the Make it in Great Britain campaign and feel it is important that the recycling industry is represented. We don’t just make quality, innovative products in Britain, we re-make them once they reach the end of their life.

“As a nation, we face a significant opportunity to continue developing a modern recycling infrastructure that sits at the heart of a green economy and is the envy of the world.”
