EU Carbon Permits Rise to Highest Level in Three Months

Feb. 28 (Bloomberg) — European Union carbon dioxide
permits for December rose to their highest level in more than
three months on ICE Futures Europe in London. Allowances
advanced as much as 1 percent to 15.58 euros a metric ton and
were at 15.53 euros as of 8:19 a.m. local time.
