Paper prices surge according to Intelligence report

Last week’s Intelligence report saw big price rises for OCC and mixed paper.

OCC increased by £16 per tonne, while mixed paper increased by £14 per tonne. Bother were driven by low material generation.

However, news & pam has seen less interest and fell by £4 per tonne.

In metals, only brass grades changed, increasing by £200 per tonne.

Plastics were unchanged.
