Polymer exports leaving UK shores during May across Europe and Asia registered a marginal increase compared to April, with 22,945 tonnes of PE-based plastics for recycling leaving the UK, compared to 21,354 in April.
Turkey continues to be the dominant destination of polymer exports and registered a slight increase in tonnes received in May, registering 8,928 tonnes compared to 7,860 tonnes in April.
Other destinations continue to register a mixed picture.
