Romanian plastic product manufacturer TeraPlast is reported to have invested 3.5 million euros in additional PVC recycling facilities.
The upgraded facility can process 12,000 tonnes of recovered PVC a year which, says the company, puts it in the top 10 PVC recyclers in Europe.
