The former Closed Loop Recycling plant that was taken over by Veolia is close to reaching full capacity.

Veolia took over the site in July following the collapse of Euro Closed Loop Recycling, which had bought the business Closed Loop Recycling in 2015 following its own financial difficulties.

But now the facility is reaching full capacity, it needs to take on 10 more staff.

The facility recycles HDPE milk bottles that are sorted at Veolia’s Rainham plastic sorting plant.
