Paper and metal prices up in value last week, plastics stable

The price of both paper and metals was up last week as a weak pound helped the international trade of both.

OCC was up by £2 per tonne, while mixed rose by £3 per tonne. News & pam though eased back by £2.

Copper jumped up by £125 per tonne, brass was up by £25 and aluminium by £25 also.

Plastic grades were unchanged despite reports of extra demand.
