A £5 per tonne fall was seen across almost all key plastics grades last week due to weaker demand.

PET and HDPE bottles and LDPE film all saw price falls by this amount.

However, some metal grades were up on the back of improving demand.

Copper increased by £75 per tonne, while brass was up by £50 per tonne. Aluminium saw no change.

While OCC was stable and mixed fell by £1 per tonne, news & pam has continued to grow and was up by another £3 per tonne.
